Why Renovate?

Many of the projects Michael has has undertaken could be described as “long dark narrow spaces”. Good design will create rooms that are welcoming, spacious and warm. Just as each church is unique, so is each design. Every space requires an individualized plan.

 

Often church members have considered a renovation/update years before Michael is involved. Most church renovation projects are 30 to 40 years apart. It is imperative that time tested proven designs and materials are used.

 

Newly renovated church interiors can increase membership and/or retain membership. Michael's designs use the space available and anticipate future considerations.

Our Services

From your detailed photos, Michael will create a custom interior design for your church’s interior. Besides revisions to your interior space, Michael can also suggest furnishings, lighting, restoration of art, and more. With each design, he will provide a color scheme and recommend materials.

 

The proposal will include an estimate of costs and a time frame. With 31 years of experience, Michael can answer any questions about how projects start and how they will proceed. He will serve as your experienced consultant to ensure your project is completed smoothly, on time, and on budget. An experienced consultant can potentially save your church thousands in avoiding common mistakes. 

 

At your request, Michael will produce a water-colored rendering that reflects your church's new look. The renderings are much more realistic than typical 3D architectural drawings.

Our Fee

Michael's proven designs, scope of work document, project cost estimate and time frame start at 4.5K. Larger projects are priced according to the scope of work involved. A detailed bid will be provided once your church photos have been submitted.

 

The 20"x24" watercolor rendering of the new look of your church interior is hand-created by a rendering artist. These images usually take a week to produce. The additional cost for a rendering is 2K.
